These Works are protected under applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws and are lawfully owned, used, and exploited by Soko Rooftop as trademarks, registered or unregistered, and/or distinctive commercial assets.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, publication, commercial exploitation, or use, in whole or in part, of the Works, by any means and on any medium, without the prior written consent of Soko Rooftop, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
